JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Offshore Sales Executive to support our
recruitment and executive search business. The role focuses on generating new
business opportunities, managing client outreach, and achieving monthly sales
targets in a remote/offshore setup.
Preferred Nationalities: Indian and Pakistani candidates only.
The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, lead
generation, arranging client meetings, sending proposals, and maintaining consistent
follow-ups. Daily CRM updates and reporting to management are mandatory.
Requirements:
Key Requirements:• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Experience in LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales
• Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key KPI:
• Minimum AED 25,000 monthly sales target
• Weekly cold calls, leads, meetings, and proposal targets as assigned
• Daily reporting and pipeline updates
